Another one?! Yeah, another.
Now it's on to the outer senshi for my Princess Senshi series.
I decided to draw Hotaru with the hair she had as Mistress 9 for this one, and made a couple of changes to her design that I'm rather fond of now.
This is also a continued present for
and her wedding anniversary that was this weekend. As well as a present for 
Sailor Saturn/Hotaru Tomoe (c) Naoko Takeuchi
