Ok, this was partially a personal request of 
when I asked her if she wanted to help make a Fairy for my new Winx group. The colors were tricky to figure out for her hair, and the rest sort of just fell together. For her hair, I used periwinkle mixed with white.
The full name of this little girlie is Kaelea Jesseyne, and she's from Nymphyra, as the title states, she's the Fairy of Illusions.
Her bonded pixie is Flicka, Pixie of Light.

Ooh, is she related to your Terra charrie? I mean, blood related, that is. I only ask since I just noticed that both of their Winx outfits are pretty similar within design, even their high side ponytail sort of 'do.'
I do like her color scheme more, though (but then, I naturally would, anyhow, since my fave color is blue ^_^).
