Promise of the Rose

Princess Serenity from the movie Sailor Moon R: Promise of the Rose, preparing to use the Silver Imperium Crystal. I loved this scene so much that I wanted to draw it. There are a few changes I made on the drawing, her hair is more swirly, and so are the ribbons of her outfit.
