Ok, this one is actually kind of funny. Since the winner of my most recent suggestion poll was Sailor Venus, I decided to draw this. And it caught my mom's eyes too, and she really liked how it was turning out by the time I reached the background. The title should be self-explanitory, named for Minako Aino's song from Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon- Venus Over My Shoulder- I'm rather fond of it (The pic and the song).

I used a combination of Prismacolor and Rose Art colored pencils for this one.
