:WC: Liona Believix

I've wanted to draw Liona for a while, and so I chose Believix since for me personally, this is one of my favorite forms of hers that I've designed so far. I like how her wings came out here, and the transparency too. Besides, it's been a while since I've traditionally drawn any fairies. So this was the perfect excuse. 

Tools used: Copic Markers, Sakura gelly roll white pen for sparkles and highlights.
