Another Sailor Moon Princess redesigned. I wanted to give her a wintery look back when I first drew this in 1996, and when I redrew this today, with more skills and colors at my disposal, I decided to go all out! I've always been fond of cloaks, half cloaks, ect. and the shawl/cloaked look just seemed to suit Mercury here. Hope you all like it!
